History of the allotments There have been allotments along Roding Road since the 19th Century. We would love to put any old photographs of our allotments on this website. If you, a member of your family or anyone you know would like to send us any old photographs of the allotments please get in touch. About the association Roding Road Allotments and Leisure Gardens Assocation was formed in 1984 to manage the allotments on Roding Road in Loughton. The primary aim of the association is to promote the cultivation of the allotments on Roding Road, see the Constitution page for more details on our objectives. The Committee The Association is run by a committee of volunteers. Details of the current committee is on the committee information page. Committee members are elected annually at our AGM, which normally takes place on the first Monday in December.
